From the moment your order is confirmed, our logistics team carefully plans every step of the delivery process to ensure your parrot travels safely and comfortably. Your only responsibility is to be available at the scheduled delivery time to receive your new feathered companion and provide a warm, welcoming home.
All deliveries are handled through trusted professional pet transport services that offer reliable door-to-door shipping. We work only with experienced carriers who specialize in live animal transportation and follow strict safety protocols. To meet different customer needs, we provide two convenient shipping options:
✈ Express Shipping (2-Day Delivery)
Our express delivery option is designed for customers who prefer faster service. With this option, your bird is delivered within two business days, minimizing travel time and reducing stress during transit. This method is ideal for customers who want quick, efficient, and priority handling.
🚛 Standard Shipping (4-Day Delivery)
Our standard shipping option delivers your bird within four business days. This option is cost-effective while still maintaining high safety and care standards. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, all birds are transported using reputable commercial airlines and approved carriers to ensure proper ventilation, temperature control, and comfort throughout the journey.
Every shipment is carefully prepared using secure, airline-approved travel carriers designed specifically for live birds. This ensures that your parrot remains protected, calm, and comfortable during transport.
🩺 Our Health Guarantee
At Exotic Parrot Farms, we proudly stand behind the health and quality of every bird we sell. We offer one of the strongest health guarantees in the industry because we are confident in our breeding practices, veterinary care, and overall bird management standards. Every parrot is thoroughly examined, properly cared for, and confirmed to be in excellent condition before leaving our facility.
To activate and validate this health guarantee, customers are required to take their bird to a certified avian veterinarian within five (5) days of receiving delivery. During this visit, you may request any general health examination or diagnostic tests recommended by the veterinarian. These initial examinations are performed at the customer’s expense, and our team is always available to help guide you on appropriate testing procedures if needed.
If a minor and treatable health issue is discovered during this examination period, Exotic Parrot Farms will cover 100% of the cost of prescribed medications and treatment. In the rare case that a serious health condition is identified, we reserve the right to either provide a replacement bird of equal value or issue a full (100%) refund of the original purchase price, depending on the situation.
🕒 Five-Day Guarantee Period
Our health guarantee remains valid for the first five (5) days after the bird leaves our care. While the bird remains with us, we maintain complete control over environmental conditions, diet, hygiene, and medical supervision. Once the bird enters a new home environment, factors such as temperature, handling, exposure, and daily care vary and are beyond our control. For this reason, the guarantee period is limited to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
We guarantee that every bird is shipped healthy, well-socialized, properly trained for human interaction, and fully prepared to transition into its new home. After delivery, we encourage customers to continue providing proper nutrition, clean housing, and a stress-free environment. Our support team remains available at all times to offer care advice, feeding guidance, and product recommendations to help ensure your bird’s long-term health and happiness.
🌍 Interstate Shipping & Flight Coordination
For customers located outside our immediate area, we coordinate all interstate shipping and flight arrangements several days in advance, subject to weather and airline availability. Our logistics team carefully schedules flights to minimize transit time and maximize comfort for your bird.
Before departure, customers will receive complete shipping details, including:
