At Exotic Parrot Farms, we take great pride in the health, quality, and well-being of every bird we raise and sell. We guarantee that all parrots are delivered in excellent physical condition and show no visible signs of illness, disease, parasites, or abnormal behavior at the time of shipment. Each bird is carefully monitored, properly nourished, and professionally handled to ensure it meets our high health standards before leaving our facility.

We further assure our customers that all birds are free from known viral infections, harmful bacterial diseases, fungal infections, and congenital or genetic defects that may affect their long-term health. Our birds are raised in clean, controlled environments with strict hygiene protocols and regular health monitoring to ensure optimal physical and behavioral development.

🧪 Veterinary Examination Requirement

To validate this health guarantee, we strongly encourage all buyers to have their bird examined by a licensed avian veterinarian of their choice within three (3) business days of receiving delivery. This early examination helps confirm the bird’s health condition and ensures any potential concerns are identified quickly.

If the veterinarian identifies any condition that may affect the bird’s health or overall well-being during this period, the buyer must provide complete laboratory reports, medical findings, and diagnostic results. These documents must be submitted to Exotic Parrot Farms’ attending veterinarian for professional review and confirmation of the diagnosis. This process allows us to verify the claim accurately and fairly.

🔁 Refund or Replacement Policy

Once the reported condition has been verified by our veterinary team and the affected bird has been returned to Exotic Parrot Farms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action based on the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we will either:

✔ Issue a full refund of the original purchase price
OR
✔ Provide a replacement bird of the same species, similar age, and matching gender (if known and available)

Please note that this health guarantee becomes null and void if the bird’s identification band (leg band) has been removed, altered, or damaged, as this prevents proper verification and tracking of the bird’s origin.

⏳ Acceptance of Final Sale

If the buyer does not arrange a veterinary examination within the required three-day guarantee window, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the bird has been accepted in its current condition. After this period, the sale is considered final, and the bird is deemed accepted on an “as-is” basis.

We encourage all customers to follow this step carefully to ensure full protection under our health guarantee policy.

💉 Vaccination Information

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all Caique parrots from Exotic Parrot Farms are vaccinated against Avian Polyoma Virus. Additional health treatments and preventive care may vary by species and availability and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
